1. Introduction
Welcome to Hybrid Digital MarketPlace Where You Can Sell And Also Buy Digital Product. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. These terms create a legally binding agreement between you and our company regarding the sale and purchase of digital assets.
2. Registration
To participate as a buyer or seller, you must complete the registration process. You represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.
3. Seller Policy
Sellers are responsible for the digital products they upload. You must own the copyright to any file you list. Prohibited items include malware, stolen content, or items that violate third-party intellectual property.
4. Commission & Fees
Example: If you sell a template for $100.00, the platform retains $20.00, and $80.00 is credited to your seller balance.
5. Payout Schedule
Sellers can request payouts once their balance reaches the minimum threshold of $5.00. Payouts are processed via the selected payment method within 5-7 business days of the request.
6. Disputes & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. However, if a buyer can prove that a product is defective or not as described, the platform reserves the right to issue a refund from the seller's balance.
